Consumer Agency Revises New FCRA Forms
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has revised the Fair Credit Reporting Act forms that were distributed Monday. The Bureau is making technical and typographical corrections. The changes were announced in this morning's Federal Register.

A Summary of Your Rights Under the FCRA Notice to Users of Consumer Reports Notice to Furnishers of Information
As a reminder, the three forms must be used starting January 1, 2013. Employers and consumer reporting agencies must provide the appropriate forms when applicants or employees are subject to certain activities regulated by the FCRA, including preemployment background checks or when employers take an adverse action against an employee.
