November 15, A Big Convention Deadline
All industry award nominations and intern applications due.

This Friday is a big day for Convention deadlines. Make sure your entries and applications are submitted for consideration!
  • Achievement Awards Program: Online registration makes entering a snap and Cal Poly Agribusiness students are available to assist in preparing your entries. New this year, fairs who didn't participate in last year's program will be reimbursed for entry fees thanks to several generous fairs.
  • WFA Hall of Fame: Honor an individual's commitment and service to the industry.
  • Merrill Award: Celebrating innovation and vision in fair management.
  • Barham Award: Presented for outstanding entrepreneurship in fair business.
  • Convention Interns: Gain valuable (and fun!) event industry experience.
WFA/NICA Refillable Cup Program
Are you willing to make this cup your official large beverage container?

Now that you are home from the Fall Managers' Conference, we need your vote! We would like your help generating funds for the Blue Ribbon Foundation by expanding the WFA/NICA refillable cup program.
  • Green Your Fair: Refillable cups reduce the use of one-way disposable cups.
  • Generate More Revenue: A discounted refill drives repeat traffic.
  • Give Back: A percentage of sales helps the Blue Ribbon and NICA foundations.

If you are interested in making this your official large beverage container for your fair, like the Antelope, Riverside, San Bernardino and Pima County Fairs, sign the bottom of this form and return it to the WFA office.
