Paul reminds the believers that their relationship with Christ Jesus manifests itself in their lives. Grace does not mean that since sin is forgiven, sinning is less of a concern. When you are baptized with Christ, this means being baptized into his death, united in his resurrection, and set free from slavery to sin. We are gifted and grafted into the promises of salvation through the death and resurrection of Jesus.
