TAKE HOME SHEET

Each week, your child will be given a purple GOD TIME sheet to take home with them. What is a GodTime sheet, you ask?...

The GOD TIME sheet is a 4-day devotional that they can do during the week.  Please encourage your child to do their GodTime each week. Please do it with your child or have them do it on their own, but encouraging a daily habit of quiet time with God is such a great way to grow their faith.

If you missed Sunday School OR your child misplaced your GodTime sheet, you can download and print a new one HERE

JOIN THE CLUB! -- WEDNESDAY NIGHTS @ PLC

On Wednesday nights we have CLUB for kids 1st-6th grade from 7-8:00 p.m.

NO CLUB THIS WEDNESDAY, due to MEA Break!

"WHAT DO YOU DO @ CLUB?"
Good question... I'm glad you asked.  Each Wednesday night after Family Pizza and Worship, we split into groups.  Kids 1st-3rd grade and 4th-6th grade are into separate CLUB groups.

CLUB is like Sunday School, only WAY more fun!  We learn, we talk, we play games, we have fun!  The goal is for the kids to:  get to know one another, get to know the church, and get to know God better.  Kids are encouraged to bring friends.
So...tell your kids and their friends to join the CLUB!

WHAT HAPPENS AT DINNER

If you were a fly on the wall of my house between 5:00 and 5:30 pm you would observe something that-after some time-you might describe as dinner.

You would notice how seemingly haphazard, disorganized, and muddled it was, but at some point, you might be able to discern an actual meal emerging from the chao s.

To be honest, dinnertime is not my favorite time. Not with preschoolers.

In fact there was a time when when family dinnertime was sacrificed on the altar of our sanity. It required too much juggling, sitting down and getting up, dropped forks, spilled cups, and requests for more napkins by surprisingly messiness-aware toddlers to make it worth the toll is was taking on my emotional well-being.   READ MORE
