MOA Takes Home Six Awards from
14th Annual MSAE Diamond Awards Banquet

The Michigan Osteopathic Association (MOA) joined a legion of Michigan associations for the 14th Annual Michigan Society of Association Executives (MSAE) Diamond Awards. The event was held at the Detroit Marriott Troy and this year marked a record turnout. The MSAE Diamond Awards were created to recognize outstanding achievements in the association industry. The MOA was a winner in six categories:

Magazine publishing: An Honorable Mention for excellence in producing the Triad magazine
Volunteer service: An Honorable Mention for excellence in performing the Mini Medical School events over the past year
Membership development: An Honorable Mention for excellence in producing the 2015 MOA Membership Information brochure

Meetings and expositions: A Silver award for excellence in planning and managing the 116th Annual Spring Scientific Convention
E- newsletter: A Silver award for excellence in producing the email newsletter- the MOA Pulse

Website: A Gold award for excellence in the design and function of the MOA website, domoa.org

The MOA competed against a wide variety of industries and won out over associations with substantial budgets for the nominated projects. This marks the 3rd year in a row the MOA has been recognized by the MSAE Diamond Awards committee among our peers in the association industry, however, more awards were received this year than in previous years. We are honored to receive all of the accolades, especially when measured against such outstanding groups in our state.
