RESURRECTION FAMILY
& FRIENDS:
Our Trunk or Treat event needs your help...with feeding our many guests this year! EEK! Last year we fed over 200 folks!
Resurrection Lutheran Church & School is hosting another TRUNK OR TREAT this Sunday (Oct. 26) ...beginning at 5 pm in the Fellowship Hall. The church has agreed to provide the following items on the menu:
HOT DOGS...(COOKED AND READY TO SERVE)
CHILI...(COOKED AND READY TO SERVE)
HOT DOG BUNS...(READY TO SERVE)
The game plan is to send out this notice to everyone...and ask folks to "sign up on the Bee bulletin board" if indeed your family can provide food for this event.
All food would need to be at church...no later than 4:45 pm!!
The meal begins the evening of fun...along with games for the kids. AND THEN...at 6:30 pm...we head to the lower parking lot for the main event: TRUNK OR TREATING!
You are welcome to decorate your car trunk...and have it in place by 5 pm...in order to participate. The kids will be going from 'trunk to trunk' in hopes of receiving Halloween treats. No tricks! Just good ole fashioned family fun.

Do plan to attend...do plan to participate...and most of all...do plan to help with our menu for the evening. Thanks in advance to all who hear this message...and respond in kind. EVERYONE loves a good hot dog...with all the trimmings...along with piping hot chili! YUM!
Ya'll Come! And please feel free to wear your friendliest Halloween costume! (Why should the kids have all the fun?!)
