Welcome to confirmation for the year 2014-2015! This year's class includes:
6th Grade: Bryce Arp and Kelli Slunt
7th Grade: Jared Blanchard, Ben Scheel, and Spike Roberts
8th Grade: Hannah Embry, Maddy Slunt, and Eric Carlson
Dave Fronk and Pastor Lyla Harold have agree to serve as visiting faculty as needed from time to time!
This year's schedule and curriculum are posted to the Resources webpage. Our 8th grade class will affirm their baptism on Pentecost which is Sunday 24 May 2015.
Our first event is the convocation prayer at worship on Sep 7th with council for all of us as we begin our studies. See the SPECIAL NOTICE below. After that, our first large group session will be on Sunday Sep 14th at 9:00 AM in the Sanctuary. Sunday Sep 21st we will again meet at 9:00 AM in the Sanctuary. After that, we'll settle into our normal routine of meeting in the conference room for the first 15 minutes followed by 30 minutes of small group time.

SPECIAL NOTICE for SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 7th:
During the Hymn of the Day on this Convocation Sunday, our 6th, 7th, & 8th grade confirmation students kneel at the altar rail along with the Congregation Council for prayer. Bryce Arp, who is beginning confirmation studies this year, will be presented a Lutheran Study Bible by the Council. As our Council prays for all of them, we remember our calling to diligently read and discuss the Holy Scriptures.
