A generous donor of Groundwork Lawrence has issued  a challenge to us and our supporters: Will we raise $2,000 for him to match in order to bring our Groundwork Share-a-Share™ funds to $20,000?
During this time in the summer when there is an abundance of local produce to enjoy why not extend the privilege of accessing this food to ALL in our midst, not just to those who can afford the premium cost?
Groundwork Share-a-Share™ is a unique program that raises money to directly support fresh food access to people in our community who otherwise would go without. That means 100% of your donation goes directly to feeding families and individuals fresh, local fruits and vegetables.
