 Judaism in the 21st Century
 Rabbi Tamar's Thursday morning class is starting a new book: 'The Great Partnership: God, Science and the Search for Meaning' by Rabbi Jonathan Sacks. If you've been thinking about joining this class, now's a great time!
Also, during January Congregational Educator D.Marcos Vital will be the guest teacher for the Parshat HaShavuah class, Tuesdays at 2:45 pm.

As Jews we find ourselves compelled to respond to the challenges of our ever-changing world, scientific discovery and increased awareness of the suffering in our world. Starting January 14, the class will be using the book ' The Great Partnership: Science, Religion and the Search for Meaning' by Rabbi Jonathan Sacks.

Join Rabbi Lynn Liberman to discuss the weekly Torah portion through the lens of thought-provoking commentaries.
Class meets on 2nd & 4th Saturday mornings in the chapel.

Meditation: Saturday Mornings
9:15 am, 1st & 3rd Saturday mornings each month
 Enhance Shabbat and to prepare for services. Mindfulness meditation helps to make our minds more spacious, perceptive and free. Each session will include a short teaching followed by a sitting period. No experience is necessary.

Steven Greenman (Violin) and Gao Hong (Pipa - Chinese Lute)
 Two great masters of traditional folk music, Steven Greenman (Jewish violin) and Gao Hong (Chinese pipa) form a stunningly captivating artistic collaboration together pushing musical boundaries. Concerts feature an exploration of creative improvisations, challenging arrangements and nuanced inflections. A beautiful blending of "string" sounds both bowed and plucked.
