We heard a powerful drasha this past shabbat morning from Sami Rahamim, telling the story of losing his father to gun violence and starting to take action to prevent other families from losing loved ones the same way. Chase the cold away with plans for summer camp or a trip to Israel. The Jewish Federation of Greater St. Paul offers scholarships for Jewish overnight camp to Jewish children and young adults living in St. Paul. The scholarship deadline is April 1, 2013. Scholarship awards are based on family need. Limited Israel Experience scholarships for teens are also available.
