As the transportation funding debate heats up in Harrisburg, Steve Wray and Dick Voith will present key findings designed to provide policy makers and stakeholders with information about state transportation funding in southeastern Pennsylvania as well as specifics about SEPTA's budget and performance. The report looks at SEPTA's stewardship of public funding and how the agency compares to other large transit agencies.
