Bead Form III from Trick Tools
Trick Tools has taken their proven line of Bead Form Tools and expanded it with the Bead Form III. This Made in the USA compact bead forming tool is the heaviest duty version available. It features a heat treated upper and lower shafts that ride on precision needle bearings. The upper shaft pivot has replaceable bushings for heavy use applications. All of these features allow this tool to handle .065" thick material on a regular basis.
The Bead From III will quickly form a hose bead on all types of tube. It is designed to work with stainless, aluminum, copper, brass or mild steel. It is perfect for fuel, radiator, turbo and intake lines. Its .080" tall x .270" wide bead meets ASE specs for 1-1/2" OD to 4" OD tubes. Manual and electric units are available depending on your production requirements.
