May has gotten off to a weird start here in Pella. 80°+ one day, followed by 3+ inches of snow less than 48 hours later.  During this time, we had our annual Tulip Time Festival.  Needless to say, the Festival was severely hampered by the weather.  Picture snowmen built next to flowerbeds!
