The agenda and supporting documents will be available online three days before the meeting. Meeting Guideline The Governing Board requests that individuals who would like to address the Governing Board during Public Comments or on an item on the agenda fill out a "Request to Address the Board of Trustees" card and turn it into the Secretary of the Board prior to the agenda item. Cards are available at the meeting. Agenda items will be discussed in the order agreed. Once discussion of an agenda item has been completed, the Board will not reopen discussion on that topic later during the meeting. The Governing Board normally meets at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise posted. The agenda and supporting documents for the current and past meetings are posted on the district web page.
