There will be authorization forms sign, which takes approximately 5 minutes. We are hoping to enroll approximately 375 women in these areas and ultimately develop a test that women can use at home to test for HPV. The proposed study will examine the implementation of a Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). The study is not only to examine the efficacy of the self-sampling intervention itself, but rather to examine the implementation of this intervention in a standard setting. The study will enroll participants to receive the self-sampling intervention in-person, by the Community Health Worker (CHW). At this time the participate will self-sample and give it back in the envelope, to the CHW. The CHW will mail out the self-sample to the University of Miami - USCREEN Study.
