Greetings!

A "fair weather cyclist, two-time cancer survivor and huge fan of the Centennial Trail" is how Marion Conley describes herself.  "I dress up for work downtown at CH2M Hill so during warm weather, I am a bus and bike commuter.  I bus to work on STA with my bike and then ride it home," explains Marion.  "I love cruising on my Townie!"

Living in northwest Spokane, Marion will have her commute home change drastically starting Marion September 27 - from city streets to the incredible new span of Centennial Trail through Riverfront Park, Veteran's Park and Kendall Yards.  Marion's love for the Centennial Trail is enjoyed by her co-workers, too.  CH2M Hill has adopted Mile 17-18 since 1992!  Ride on, Marion!

Giving at Work

Rebecca Smith has enjoyed our Centennial Trail for years, especially from Rebecca and Deanher tandem bike with husband, Dean.  She supports the Trail in a unique way, too.  Each month Rebecca makes a payroll deduction for membership with Friends of the Centennial Trail.  As  a state employee, her deduction is through the Washington Combined Fund Drive.  Do you have a payroll giving option at your workplace like United Way?  If so, please designate Friends of the Centennial Trail when you give at work!

  • Live United and designate Friends of the Centennial Trail when you pledge to United Way.
  • Washington Combined Fund Drive  (Agency Code #8781)
  • Inland Northwest Combined Federal Campaign  (Agency Code #79487)
  • Your own corporate workplace giving campaign
