Buy Local Show Info  12-18-15

Happy Holidays!

Tanners Marketplace Presents a
SPECIAL BUY LOCAL HOLIDAY SHOW
December 19th and 20th  Reno Town Mall

Vendor Info:
Vendor setup will be Friday any time after 10:00. and Saturday morning starting at 10:00.
Paula and I will have a table just inside the entrance with your dealer packets and to show you where your space is and answer any questions.
The mall is open from 10 to 7 on Friday and Saturday and 10 to 6 on Sunday.
I have arranged with the mall for their security people to be there until the mall is locked down at night. However they can't guarantee that your merchandise will be secure. I suggest covering your tables and removing any valuable items just in case.  They are letting us use an empty store to keep things overnight so you don't have to completely haul them out.
There will be a Santa at the entrance to the mall on Saturday doing "Photos with Santa"
We are trying to make this a Fun weekend for everyone so please feel free to ask if there is anything you need.
We do have a little more room so it's not to late to get a space.
Thank you again, Dan and Paula

Places to Stay:
A few people have asked if there are places to stay close to the Events Center.  The Events Center has RV spaces available (see the bottom of the show application page) and  there are several motels close by and the casinos are close too. Kayak.com lists some close by ones. Pick the Livestock events Center for the location. You can narrow the search in the left column.

A friend of mine stays at the SandsRegency Hotel Casino when he visits. They usually have some good deals going. I did a quick check and found their deals page:
Once he visited the first time they keep sending him free nights coupons.

Motel 6 is about a block away:

Days Inn is just a little further:

Americas Best Travel Inn is right at the freeway exit too:
There is a 24 hour Denny's restaurant very close. (walking dist. from motels, right at the freeway exit)
Let's make this a fun forum to keep interest and excitement up for the shows!

Sincerely,
Dan and Paula Clements
