It's HERE! The Magic Of Santa Craft Faire is THIS WEEKEND!
    
This years sale promises to be a fun one! There are over 90 vendors with thousands of beautiful gifts for everyone on your list. 
Come Join in the Fun!

Admission is only $4.00 and we have FREE parking.
Children under 12 are free.
The show is at 1350 N. Wells Ave. (Rodeo Grounds)
Just North of I80 on Wells.
Hours are 9 to 5 Saturday and 9 to 4 on Sunday.

Get a $1.00 off the already low admission by donating a can of food for Evelyn Mount or the Food Bank or a toy for Casey's Project. (Toys go to hospitalized children)

We have had a few vendors that have dropped out so you still have a chance to participate. There are a couple of available spaces. Give Dan a call if you want to be a vendor. 741-9524

     We changed the date for this years show to be a week later to hopefully not compete with the Nugget show and Black Friday - Dec. 6th and 7th.  

If case you aren't aware of it the Tanners Marketplace shows welcome crafters as well. The next show is in February.

Vendors, please feel free to post photos of your items on the Tanners Marketplace Facebook page.  It's also a good idea to post on Craigslist that you will be a the show and what you will be selling. The more the word gets out the better.  There are also postcards with a $1 off admission and fliers on the website you can print out and hand out or post on your local bulletin boards.

Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower 
The details:
The show is at the Livestock Events Center in the Exhibition Building. 1350 N. Wells Ave. in Reno. 
Just North of I80 on Wells, watch for the signs.
Saturday hours are 9 to 5 and Sunday 9 to 4.
Admission is just $4.00 (for the whole weekend) and we'll take $1.00 off if you bring food for Evelyn Mount or the Northern Nevada Food Bank or a toy for Casey's Project.

Fun Raffles:
One of the fun things about the show is the drawings. Vendors donate their crafts and we will frequently draw a number and some lucky attendee will win one of the donated items.

Please spread the word through your Facebook pages and any other social media you use. You are welcome to post photos and announcements of shows you are doing on the Tanners Facebook page then share it on your pages too.
 
If you use Craigslist Please place a Craigslist ad for some of your items and say they will be at the Magic of Santa show and list the address and times.
Please also 
print out some of the fliers 
listed below and place them in your local neighborhoods and at your workplaces.  Many grocery stores have bulletin boards where you can place them.

 

Help Spread The Word!

If you would like to help advertise the show we have created a flier with tear off tabs that you can print out and post on local bulletin boards or at your office. Many grocery stores etc. have places to post local events and every little bit helps get the word out. The more people that come the better everyone's sales will be!  

 

Please post a Craigslist Ad and put the Facebook link and webpage address in it.

It also helps to place ad's with photo's of some of the items you will have for sale at the show.  The more key words we get out there the more people will see the ads.

Places to Stay:
A few people have asked if there are places to stay close to the events center.  The Events Center has RV spaces available (see the bottom of the show application page) and  there are several motels close by and the casinos are close too. Kayak.com lists some close by ones. You can narrow the search in the location box:
   A friend of mine stays at the SandsRegency Hotel Casino when he visits. They usually have some good deals going. I did a quick check and found their deals page:  
Once he visited the first time they keep sending him free nights tickets.

   Days Inn is just a little further:
   Americas Best Travel Inn is right at the freeway exit too:
There is a 24 hour Denny's and a Carrows restaurant very close. (walking dist. from motels, right at the freeway exit)
