The next Retail Merchants meeting will convene tomorrow, 

  Tuesday, January 28 at 8:00 AM in the conference room of Alleghany Inn.

The discussion topic will be 

"Working with Difficult or Unhappy Customers".  

Most customer interactions are pleasant and make up the majority of the successful business.  

The customer may always be right, especially from their perspective, but that doesn't mean all customers are easy to deal with. 

So come to the meeting with your great stories about customer problems that have been turned into customer successes.  This will be a sharing experience.
