Searching for the Taste of Alleghany
Elena Rosemond-Hoerr writes the Southern food blog Biscuits & Such. She's launching a new project, Tasting North Carolina, as a way to highlight the diversity and complexity of North Carolina's food culture. Rosemond-Hoerr is planning to make and feature a dish from each of North Carolina's 100 counties so she is seeking someone in each county who might help her find a great recipe, possibly even a "signature recipe" for that area.
