 "PAKISTAN-USA: ALLIANCE-DEFIANCE"

David Sack 2      Join us for an exceptional learning experience with our fellow IMCA member.

Is the relationship between Pakistan and the U.S. one of alliance or of defiance between supposed friends and allies?  Did Pakistan know of the presence of Osama Bin Ladin in the Abbottabad compound?  Whom to trust? With a strategic location along the borders of India, China, Iran, and Afghanistan, Pakistan that the world pay microscopic attention to this poor Muslim nation of almost 200 million. It may hold the key to the future of South Asia and even to the world.  An overview of the geography, ancient and modern history (a country only since 1947), and how this nuclear armed "democracy" views its role in today's and tomorrow's world will be presented.

David is the former President of Interloop North America, and a retired senior executive with Interloop Pakistan.  He has held a number of senior management positions both in the U.S. and foreign countries with a variety of corporations.  His travel experiences include visits to over 65 countries for both business and pleasure.  He is fluent in French and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Portuguese, Italian and German.  Additionally he is a member of Alliance Francaise.

Whilst in Pakistan, he acquired an intimate knowledge of the social and political situation.  For the last four years David has been a lecturing professor with Florida Gulf Coast University, Renaissance Academy presenting his vast knowledge of the country of Pakistan and the relationship with the U.S.  He is also a lecturer regarding international marketing at the Columbia Business School in New York City.
