Fellow IMCA members,

Please be aware immediately following our March 2013 Luncheon we will conduct an "Annual Meeting" for the purpose of voting on new Board Members as recommended by the Nominating Committee. 

This meeting is required by our club by-laws.

There will also be a brief review of other business matters.
