As our club has grown, certain controls now need to be implemented so that everyone can enjoy our luncheons, and our volunteers and Vineyards personnel won't be overwhelmed by various, last-minute issues.
It is essential that reservations and payments are received by our treasurer by PayPal, check, or email: email@example.com no later than the Wednesday prior to our Monday luncheon. Unless otherwise noted, these reservations will be for the main entrée advertised. Those who want the Fruit Plate or the Vegetable Plate must state their requests also by that date.
We discourage members to pay at the door. Those who make a reservation and do not show up, then place extra work on our treasurer to collect the fees that match the meal count which was given to the club.
We have always had a policy that if given a 24 hour notice, we will refund the payment or apply the payment to a future lunch. This policy will remain in effect.
If you have ordered a Fruit Plate or a Vegetable Plate, instead of the main entrée, to pick up their place cards at our greeting table so the serving staff will know to whom these special plates will be served.
