More Progress on the "The Duchess", a 1928 Rolls-Royce Phantom I

We're building the body in wood...just like the original. However, we have planked the frame for support.

Because the door hinges are beautifully hidden...We had to have them designed using CAD drawings and then, rapid prototyped printed. The drawings, printed resin model and the finished bronze casting shown below.

The Missing Mercedes-Benz Distributor Cap

Pocher left out this very important part. We made one for a model several years ago...and, you have asked for it! Cast in resin and comes with 00.90 nickel plated bolts with washers.
