Happy 2015!!! I hope you and yours had wonderful holidays!

I spent my holidays with my family and friends in my hometown of Chicago.

Some of my highlights were going to Legoland with my niece and nephews (crazytown!), seeing my favorite painting -- Gustave Caillebotte's "Paris Street; Rainy Day" -- at The Art Institute of Chicago and, of course, leading my first Leap with Passion workshop of the season.

Still want to get in on the leaping fun? Not a problem...there are still 3 workshops to go!
  • Saturday, January 10 - Online/Live
  • Sunday, January 11 - NYC
  • Saturday, January 17 - Portland, ME
The "Leap with Passion" workshop provided me with the ideal setting -- an unadulterated pause from my relentless and often automated life in the city -- in which to explore the deepest yearnings of my heart.

The workshop is seamlessly structured to the participant's greatest advantage -- thoughts, wants, and dreams in my heart emerged from their hiding places and into my consciousness. This rush of focus and energy cannot happen where there is an atmosphere with white noise and judgment.

This kind of spiritual climate (and results) is not easy to attain, and the fact that Rhonda attains it is the greatest compliment and gratitude that I can offer her.

Art & Soul Acting travels! The Summer Acting Intensive for Teens is a one-of-a-kind traveling professional acting workshop. Teens spend a week training like the pros!

Created in 2011-but dreamed about for a long time, the aim of this workshop is to bring acting training to teens who might not otherwise have the opportunity to study professionally.

Working with Rhonda Musak is such a privilege. She is so supportive, outgoing and fun--I was thoroughly impressed. My confidence and ability as an actor has grown so much!

Leap with Passion into 2015!!!
Do you get near the end of the year wishing you had the time to slow down and take stock of your life in order to make changes that stick for the New Year? And then in a blur of the holiday rush, the next thing you know...it's February.

That's exactly why the Leap with Passion Workshop was created!

Tired of feeling like Alice, trying to get answers from the Cheshire Cat? Rhonda Musak's amazing Leap with Passion workshop offers a structured, inspiring, creative approach to defining where you want to go, what you want to do and who you want to be. This year I'll be taking the Leap for the sixth time. Every year, using Rhonda's effective tools and guidance, I make new discoveries and define creative goals; her year-round follow-up advice helps me to stay on track. Leap With Passion is a great gift to myself!
~ Gareth Hendee ~

In this 5-hour workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
  • Powerfully complete the past year and joyfully celebrate its greatest accomplishments.
  • Turn the challenges of past year into fuel for the next.
  • Learn an amazing goal-setting technique that is the difference that makes the difference in terms of "sticking to it."
  • Design 3 life changing, personal focuses for the year ahead that are achievable and really inspire.
  • Discover who they need to be and they actions they need to take in order to succeed in accomplishing their 3 focuses.
  • Express and joyfully celebrate life.
Re: Leap Online/Live:
Having attended Rhonda's workshop both online and in person, I found them to be equally powerful. Rhonda's keen sense of timing and ability to focus my attention works its magic just as beautifully on screen as she does in person.

~ Kim Chinh ~

Get Rid of New Year's Resolutions that Don't Stick Once and For All

A handful years ago, in the middle of a sweltering July day, my sister turned to me and said, "My New Year's resolution is going really well." Caught completely off guard, I searched through my mind for a moment of time that was not humid and 97 degrees. I finally recalled that yes, at the beginning of that year, I too had New Year's resolutions! And that's where our similarities ended: I had zero recollection of my "life-changing" resolutions that were designed as the New Year arrived with its fresh hope...

The chief beauty about time is that you cannot waste it in advance. The next year, the next day, the next hour are lying ready for you, as perfect, as unspoiled, as if you had never wasted or misapplied a single moment in all your life. You can turn over a new leaf every hour if you choose.
