Happy official fall! And if you don't mind my saying...

Happy Birthday Art & Soul Acting!!!

That's right, Art & Soul Acting turns 4 on October 26th.

I'm so grateful for everything that I've learned over the past four years, and I am especially grateful for all the wonderful actors that I've met and worked with through Art & Soul.

Art & Soul Acting started off as a dream and a vision and has grown into the following offerings:
  • Acting Classes - since in 2011
  • Private Acting Coaching - in person in NYC & online
  • Book Club for Actors - now on our 25th playwright
  • Book That Job Blog & e-Zine
  • Summer Acting Intensive for Teens - since 2011
  • College Prep Program
  • Leap with Passion Workshop - going into our 7th year (this workshop began while I was teaching at the Elizabeth Browning Studio)
I am thrilled to serve passionate and committed actors and I look forward to creating even more ways to do so.

One of my latest additions is the Art & Soul Acting Loyalty Card. Yes, just like your coffee, each class or private coaching earns you one hole punch. 10 hole punches = a free class or coaching! And if you refer a student, they get a hole punch and you get one, too.

With a heart full of gratitude, thank you for being in integral part of Art & Soul Acting!

Rhonda

Summer Acting Intensive for Teens
Art & Soul Acting travels! The Summer Acting Intensive for Teens is a one-of-a-kind traveling professional acting workshop. Teens spend a week training like the pros!

Created in 2011-but dreamed about for a long time-the aim of this workshop is to bring acting training to teens who might not otherwise have the opportunity to study professionally.

Working with Rhonda Musak is such a privilege. She is so supportive, outgoing and fun--I was thoroughly impressed. My confidence and ability as an actor has grown so much!

Acting Lessons from a Distracted Audience

As my cousin and I were getting ready recently to see a Broadway show, I was musing about my next topic for this blog. Being very familiar with the Book That Job Blog (she is after all Art & Soul Acting's fabulous editor-in-chief), she suggested that I review the show we were about to see.

I told her I would happily leave the reviewing to the critics. Had I, though, chosen to write a review, what happened on stage at that night's performance was hardly the main event-what really got my attention was what was happening right in the audience.
