A proper fitting bra is a beautiful thing! Most woman are content to carry on as they always have, even if they never knew what the guidelines are for a good fit, or don't realize it can change. It is estimated that 80% of woman are wearing a bra that is not fitted properly. Most commonly, the band is too large and the cups are too small. Your breasts need to be supported but not bound. Some department stores have trained personnel that can assist you. Check out this

 Baked Mini Pumpkins

A table set with small baked pumpkins at each setting makes a delightful fall table or a fun Halloween party.

Fill each with your favorite stew, soup or roasted veggies with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. A hearty bread and some candlelight will round out the meal and provide a cozy ambiance where both body and soul can be nourished and fortified.

Here's how:

Clean the seeds and goo out of mini pumpkins and place them, with their little pumkin lids back on, in a glass baking dish with 1/4 inch of water. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and gently lift baked pumpkins from the pan to a plate or bowl with a spatula, then fill them with something yummy. Encourage your family or guests to scrape the inside walls of the pumpkins to get all the good stuff.

Enjoy!

Greetings!

If pink is your favorite color, you are in luck this month! There will be lots of pink to remind you that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month-but I prefer Breast Health Awareness Month!

The hard fact is, out of all the women we love, one in eight will be stricken with breast cancer. That's a lot of women, and way too close to home. Did you know there is really quite a bit you can do to prevent breast cancer? In Khalid Mahmud, MD's book: Keeping aBreast: Ways to PREVENT Breast Cancer, he describes clear strategies to significantly reduce the risk of breast cancer. These strategies are not only based on the author's experience as an oncologist, but also on an extensive review of the scientific literature. I have been using these methods in my practice for the past few years with excellent results. Women who follow the breast cancer prevention diet, balance their hormones, and take specific supplements that have been shown to reduce breast cancer risk have much less fibrocystic discomfort and there is remarkable improvement on breast Thermal Imaging. The inflammation reduces in the breast significantly and this can be measured on Thermal Imaging.

This book is for all women who truly want to know what they can do to prevent breast cancer. For more information on what you can do now check out: breastcancerchoices.

This is an excellent web site filled with many interesting facts and information regarding breast cancer prevention and treatment.

Take care and I hope to see you soon.
