Recent Events
Rani Teaching
Rani teaches at IGo Global conference.
The past few weeks have been filled with great opportunities for our family and ministry. Rani enjoyed teaching a seminar on sharing hope with Muslims at the IGo Global student conference on 10 November in Wylie, TX. In early November he preached and shared about Arab Christians at the Assembly of God church in Bedford, TX. He also shared this past Sunday morning with Heritage Baptist Church in Lexington,KY.

Rani has been busy studying at seminary and is preparing to finish his first semester in the Master of Arts in Islamic Studies at Southwestern Seminary. He is really enjoying the program and is already looking forward to next semester. 
Samuel is one
Samuel turns one!
Samuel celebrated his first birthday on September 12th and continues to fill our lives with indescribable joy! He is now 14 months old and into absolutely everything. I took a part time job teaching preschool at our church Monday-Friday from 2-6 PM. I am working with 18-24 month old kids and I really enjoy it. Samuel attends the "baby class" while I work and he has loved the new adventure.
 
We are Thankful!
We have been so blessed this year! Praise the Lord for his continual, supernatural provision in our lives! We are especially thankful for:
  • our incredible church family at Hunter's Glen and the support they provide.
  • the safety of Rani's family in Israel.
  • provision for Rani's seminary tuition.
  • provision of part-time job for Hannah at HG's preschool.

  • continued protection for Rani's family in Israel and especially for the native evangelical Christian presence in both Israel and Palestine.

Prayer Request for the Holy Land
Prayer Request for the Holy Land
Many of you have been praying for the tumultuous situation in the Holy Land and have been inquiring about Rani's family and friends. Thankfully, his family has thus far been unaffected by any of the bombing but, like all residents of Israel and Palestine, they are certainly affected by the fear and tension. Please continue to pray!


 
First Century Life: A Closer Look
As we have traveled to different churches, many have expressed an interest in learning more about life in the first century and have approached Rani about helping "make the Bible come alive" by sharing some of his native expertise. Rani would like to expand on this idea by visiting churches/groups and speaking about the life and times of Jesus. This will include a detailed look at the parables of Jesus, similar to his "parable walks" at Nazareth Village. He will also dress in first century costume!
