WCMS is pleased to be partnering with the WNC Medical Managers Association once again on our 2013 Fall Conference and this year they are merging their November luncheon with our Fall Conference. This year's event will focus on Leadership, how to thrive in changing times.

Women's Health Event (11/19)
| MAHEC and Women for Women co-host this "Snapshot of Women's Health Disparities" event with Wendy R. Brewster, MD and Director of the Center for Women's Health Research at UNC Chapel Hill, Tuesday, November 19th, 5:30 - 7:30pm at MAHEC.

Free Affordable Care Act Classes for Your Patients/Employees who Need Insurance
| The Council on Aging of Buncombe County and Pisgah Legal Services are pleased to announce information sessions on the Affordable Care for individuals interested in learning how to purchase health insurance through the marketplace. The purpose of the sessions is to explain the various parts of the Affordable Care Act, how an individual can apply for coverage and answer questions regarding the program. Pisgah Legal Services and the Council on Aging are designated Navigator agencies offering unbiased information regarding the marketplace.
