FPN Symposium 
The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy just held its third biannual International Research Symposium September 7-9, 2016 in Chicago. More than 90 people were in attendance including, physicians, clinical investigators and basic scientists from a broad range of disciplines. There were researchers from academia and the pharmaceutical industry collaborating for the purpose of advancing research that will transform the lives of those with peripheral neuropathy. Read more!

NIH Provides Two Grants for Peripheral Neuropathy Research
NIH Provides Grants for PN Research
Last month the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
provided two separate grants supporting peripheral neuropathy research. This is excellent news as it demonstrates recognition of the need for funding in this area. One of the researchers awarded the grant is Dr. Sandra Rieger who recently attended the Foundation's International Research Symposium.  Learn more!
