The Cape Cod Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of a new web-based platform, CONNECT Cape Cod. This launch is the result of a community-wide visioning and planning process with organizations from across Cape Cod.

Through extensive community conversations, a broad base of nonprofit constituents identified that the community would benefit from:
  • A central access point to tie together existing community resources and information
  • A central data source to help with research and outreach for funding assistance
  • A virtual space for community members and organizations to learn, share, connect and collaborate
  • Easily accessible data that enables funders and community members to survey the landscape and make informed decisions about resource allocation
CONNECT Cape Cod serves as this point for nonprofit information across the region. It offers vital data valuable for connecting people to services, mapping local resources, programs and community needs.
