| SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION COLLABORATIVE - PROGRAM SPECIALIST | |
The Program Specialist will assist the Barnstable County Department of Human Services in coordinating regional prevention strategies; coordinating efforts among Substance Abuse Prevention Collaborative (SAPC) members and providing support to regional sponsored activities.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in public health, social work, human services, behavioral health, or related field, minimum of three years' experience working on regional initiatives and/or prevention programs. Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use systems and resources in region. Must possess, or be willing to obtain, certification as a prevention specialist within two years of hire. HOME PROGRAM & CONTINUUM OF CARE
PROGRAM MANAGER

This Program Manager will provide administrative management and oversight of federally funded HOME and Continuum of Care programs.
Master's Degree in public administration or related field and five years' experience in program administration, housing and homeless advocacy, and financial analysis experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of state and federal programs relating to housing and homelessness preferred. View Job Description.
