DUFFY HEALTH CENTER CONDUCTS
SOCK DRIVE | |
Duffy Health Center will be collecting new, adult-sized socks from March 10-April 10 for men and women who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. A generous individual has donated $500 for the purchase of new socks to get us started! Let's match that with at least 500 pairs of socks collected. Socks will be collected at the reception desk in the lobby of Duffy Health Center, 94 Main Street Hyannis, Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
The mission of the Duffy Health Center is to improve quality of life for persons who are homeless or at risk of homelessness on Cape Cod through community collaborations and the provision of integrated medical, mental health, addiction treatment, case management and housing support services. Last year Duffy served over 3,019 Cape Codders. If you would like to volunteer to collect socks as a part of your community organization or school, contact Elyse at edegroot@duffyhealthcenter.org or call 508-771-7517 ext 104. |
