FROM SUPERINTENDENT MUSSOLINE

I want to pay tribute this week to all the players and coaches who have been out on our playing fields these past few months.  All of our teams have had really successful seasons.  We have multiple Ches-Mont champions and a nationally ranked Cross Country Team.

One of the great joys I have as the district's Superintendent is sitting in the bleachers and watching each week as the kids grow as a team.
Participation in sports provides more benefits than physical activity.   Children gain social skills, goal setting and the power of practice.  Click here for more.

Trick or Treat off the street
For the past several years, the staff at Lionville Middle School has given up an evening just prior to Halloween to give back to our community. This year's annual "Trick or Treat off the Street" was held on Thursday.. Families with little ghosts and goblins walked the decorated halls of LMS and collected their candy reward. Special thanks to the teachers who showed up (many in costume) and to Mr. Selcher for all of his hard work in coordinating the event
