Request from Pastor-Parish Relations Team

Dear friends,

The pastor-parish relations team invites you to participate in Pastor Jed's 2015 review. Your feedback is vital in supporting Pastor Jed as he discerns how to shape his ministry as our lead pastor. There are seven questions on the survey as well as an opportunity to offer your words of appreciation, constructive criticism, prayers, and hopes. You can access the survey online at  Survey Monkey  or, if you prefer, paper copies of the survey are available in Fellowship Hall. All responses to the survey are confidential. We will be accepting survey responses until June 30, 2015.

Please contact one of us if you would like to participate but have a question.
