In a rare show of bipartisanship, state Sens. Ed Hernandez, D-West Covina, and Bob Huff, R-SanDimas, came to City Hall in response to figure out what they can do to help cities pay for a plan that could reach $20billion over 20years for the 88cities in LosAngeles County, according to the Southern California Water Committee and others working on the problem.

Huff and Hernandez listened to city managers, mayors, city attorneys as well as staff members from the LosAngeles Regional Water Quality Control Board, the agency that formulated the urban runoff plan for the 88cities in the county and the county itself.
