April is shaping up to be a very busy month for Glendora with a lot of great events and ways to connect and network. Below you will find everything from being able to meet Fabio to seeing some great Chalk Art in the Village along with several NETWORKING opportunities and much more.

Calling All Restaurants (A FEW Spots Left) & Save The Date!

5th Annual Cuisines of the Foothills

The Glendora Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to join us for the 5th Annual Cuisines of the Foothills event taking place on Monday, May 5, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at the Glendora Country Club. This unique event offers you the opportunity to promote your restaurant to over 400 potential new customers in one evening, in one central location.

We are currently looking for interested restaurants, catering companies, breweries and wineries to take part in this annual event. There is no cost to participate as a vendor at the event; all that is required is that you provide small “tastes” of food or beverages from your menu for 300 guests. You will need to supply your serving utensils, disposable plates, cups, napkins and silverware as well as provide a gift card valued at $25.00 to the event raffle.

Glendora Chamber 2014 College Scholarship

The Glendora Chamber of Commerce is again offering Two $1000 scholarships to high School graduates. The deadline for submission is Friday May 2nd.

The candidates will have expressed the intent to follow a business curriculum at an accredited two or four-year college/university.
Candidates will have minimum 3.5 non-weighted GPA.
Candidates will have demonstrated a leadership role in student government, team or individual sports, band, pep squad, community, church or other extra-curricular activity.
Candidates must reside in Glendora.
