With the last days of summer upon us, we researched a few more things to do in Colorado before fall officially arrives.
Delight your taste buds with creations from Colorado's favorite food establishments. Enjoy appetizers, entrees, and desserts in full-sized portions with friends or in sample sizes by yourself. Discover ethnic specialties or indulge in your traditional favorites. An elegant Fine Dining Area is showcased, highlighting gourmet cuisine from renowned chefs and offering daily cooking demonstrations.
Celebrate the pleasures of the palate at the 8th annual Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival on August 8, 9 and 10, 2014 benefiting the Bright Future Foundation.
The popular Walk & Wine event returns again this year with a guided hike with experts from the Beaver Creek Hiking Center followed by a unique farm-to-table culinary experience. The Godfather. In 2012, more than 60,000 people attended Film on the Rocks events.

Festival Italiano
is known for serving up the region's best selection of homemade Italian specialties for guests as well as an artisan marketplace, live entertainment and chef tastings surrounding the festival dining booths. This free celebration features live music on two stages, live chef demonstrations, wine tastings, kids activities (grape stomping!), a bocce tournament and flag throwers flown in from Italy for the weekend.
What happens when you mix a warm summer afternoon, ice-cold draft beer, and some fun, funky music? You get the South Pearl Street Music Festivals. Inaugurated in 2007, the brainchild of a South Pearl Street merchant, the first Blues & Brews debuted on August 11th on the 1200 block of South Pearl Street.
Entering its seventh year, the music festival has become a neighborhood tradition and a real shindig.
2013 Peach Festival was the most successful ever! More than 14,000 people came through our gates to celebrate and enjoy Palisade's harvest of their famous peaches.
