HOW MUCH SHOULD A CHRISTIAN WEIGH?

 

 "Walk in a manner worthy of your calling." (Ephesians 4:1)

 

 In the original language of the New Testament, the phrase "a  manner worthy of," means: "to weigh the same as." Then what it  says to us is, "Let your Christian walk WEIGH THE SAME AS what  you SAY it is."

 

 Imagine a balance, like the scales of justice. On one side is placed  your Christian Talk. That is everything you make others "think" you  are. On the other side of the scale is your actual Christian Walk -  who you REALLY are - the person no one sees. When these are  placed side by side they should weigh the same. If they are not  balanced, and one side is lower than the other, may it be the side  of your CHRISTIAN WALK. That would mean you LIVE for Jesus even  more than what you say and what people know.
