Staff Development Grants from Portico
We have received a one percent wellness reward from Portico, formerly the ELCA Board of Pensions, as a "thank you" to members for embracing healthier habits and saving on overall health care costs by having 78 percent complete the 2012 health assessment. The $21,801.43 reward will be used to provide sabbatical support and staff development to Saint Paul Area Synod congregations. Plenty of funds remain. If you have questions about the wellness grants or if you would like to apply, contact Beth Helgen in the synod office at beth.helgen@spas-elca.org or 651.224.4313. |
