The Rev. William Siong Seminary of the Streets this Thursday
Nov. 15, 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Grace, St. Paul. Pastor William Siong began to develop Good Samaritan Lutheran Church after serving at Hmong Central in St. Paul for eight years. He felt called to begin what is now the sixth Hmong congregation in the ELCA and, hopes to reach some of the more than 65,000 Hmong residents of the Twin Cities. They now average over 80 worshipers each Sunday, with 18 families from seven different Hmong clans. Come and learn more about how the Good News of God's grace is breaking down barriers and forming a new, vibrant faith community.

College of Retired Church Workers Luncheon

Retired clergy, Diaconal Ministers, Associates in Ministry, church workers and spouses of the Minneapolis Area and Saint Paul Area Synods are invited to the College of Retired Church Workers Luncheon. The Rev. Jeff Thiemann, President and CEO, Portico Benefit Services will give an update on Portico and allow time for questions. Cost is $12.00, payable at the door.
