Family 'Drive-In' Movie, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Kenmore City Hall, "Cars" starts at 3:00 PM.  Kids build their own car-shaped cardboard seats in advance at 2:00 PM. Bring your own box if you can.

Northshore Schools Foundation M.I.L.K. Walk

Country Village Shops

Enjoy "Milk & Cookie Pairings" around the Village and vote for your favorite dairy and nondairy flavors. Take a picture at the Smith Brother's Cow Car, free pony or train rides, face painting, build-your-own Milk Boat races, Summer Fun basket raffles and more. A fun-filled day for kids and grandparents alike at Country Village! 


There is a suggested donation of $5 per student at the door.

Donations will support the Northshore Schools Foundation Highly Capable and Vulnerable Student Initaitives, ensuring that students have the opportunity to be successful regardless of their economic means.     Help us spread the word by RSVP'ing on our Facebook page

Alexa's Café Open New Hours
Starting Monday, July 6

Alexas Cafe & Catering

As part of their 20 Year anniversary, Alexa's Café is "returning to its roots" and rolling back their hours, serving until 4 PM each afternoon. 


Their dining room will now be available for special events such as rehearsal dinners, political and charitable private events, birthday parties, etc. in the evening.

Leigh Henderson, owner of Alexa's Café and Catering said, "We so appreciate the community support of Alexa's Happy Hour, Movie Night and live music, but it's time to take it back to where Alexa' Café started."


Starting on July 6, 2015, the official hours for Alexa's Café will be 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri and 8am-4pm, Sat and Sun.


Also, to celebrate 20 years in business a big community event is in the works and will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015. More details will be released soon.

Backpacks for Kids Drive
July 9 - July 30

Northshore Schools Foundation

Northshore School District's 16th annual Backpacks for Kids campaign begins July 9. This is a community-wide campaign to provide low income and struggling students with the school supplies they need to start the school year prepared to learn.
Last year we provided more than 1100 backpacks.  This year the need is even greater.   


Your business can volunteer to be a collection site or you can form an office work party to support the assembly process. Sign up by June 30th to be a collection site.

Backpacks for Kids is one more way Northshore is working to Strengthen Our Community Through Excellence in Education by providing students the opportunity to start the school year prepared to learn.  This project is now being coordinated in partnership with the Northshore School District and the Northshore Schools Foundation.

Dig It! KCLS Bothell Library Horse Creek Restoration

Come hear City of Bothell project manager, Khin Gyi, speak about what's happening with the Horse Creek restoration project, see the construction itself, and learn how it's replacing the existing Horse Creek pipe with an open channel/culvert system, meeting fish passage criteria.

HealthPoint Hosts Dare to Care 5K Dash
Saturday, August 15

9:00 - 11:00 AM

This family friendly 5K Walk/Run is open to participants of all abilities. The course is accessible to all levels, ages, and groups. Bring the family or your work team - even the dog!

The Dare to Care Dash is an out-and-back course through downtown Bothell to the Sammamish Trail. Strollers and dogs are welcome so bring the whole family. We'll have food, music and even an appearance by Blitz, Seahawks mascot. $20 person includes a tshirt, kids 12 and under are free.

The Bothell Fresh Market offers a large variety of in-season, locally grown produce, straight from the farm! Pick up fresh cut flower bouquets, berries, baked goods, fresh bread, eggs, organic fruits & veggies, infused oil & vinegar, honey, coffee, cheese, jams, chai tea & even fish & chips!


Also, handmade items from local artisans including jewelry, candles, & more will be for sale in the market and at our shops. 


Local musicians, including Robbie Eglestad will entertain you with an eclectic variety of family friendly music.
