Join the East King County Chambers of Commerce Legislative Coalition for a day of learning and lobbying in Olympia. Eastside legislators will address the most pressing legislative issues for business: education, transportation, and economic development.
The Coalition's Chamber Day is a great opportunity to share your story with an Eastside legislator, learn more about state government, and engage in worthwhile conversations with business colleagues and advocates.

This workshop will explore different approaches for memory enhancement. During the 4 session workshop, you will learn: theories about memory; how to differentiate between memory loss that is part of normal aging versus possible onset of dementia; "exercises" for the left brain and the right brain; strategies for improving recall and general memory. Bastyr Hosts "Mindfulness for Stress Reduction" Thursday, February 12

One way to start tackling your stress is through mindfulness and such practices as meditation, yoga, nutrition, and hydrotherapy. Join Dr. Brad Lichtenstein, ND, BCB, who supervises mind-body medicine appointments at Bastyr Center for Natural Health.
