We have hired a new Office Manager, Maurita Colburn!

 

Maurita has lived in the Bothell community for over 20 years. You may know her from her volunteer work at Woodmoor Elementary, Northshore Junior High and Heritage Christian Academy.

Structural Strengthening with Qigong

Fred Russo from Health Moves has teamed up with Bastyr University to bring you a unique class you don't want to miss: Structural Strengthening with Qigong.

Sinew Strengthening and Silk Reeling exercises incorporate a specific series of movements with a breathing technique that connects the fascia of the whole body into one strong unit. Once a solid foundation is established, you will experience a heightened sense of body awareness that you can incorporate with any method of treatment. You will also experience increased energy and improved strength with this series of exercises. The class will be a combination of lecture, demonstration and practice.
