Be prepared to look at your life differently, and experience the feeling of creating "an attitude of gratitude." It has the power to completely transform your outlook, your happiness, and your quality of life.

King County "Best Workplaces for Recycling and Waste Reduction" Contest

King County Recycling

King County recently posted its application for the fifth annual "Best Workplaces for Recycling and Waste Reduction" list, to spotlight local companies with exceptional programs for recycling, reuse and waste prevention. Last year, four businesses in Bothell m

ade the list.

The deadline for businesses to apply is June 13 and the list will be announced in July.

To qualify as a Best Workplace for Recycling and Waste Reduction, organizations must meet at least 15 criteria out of a comprehensive list of best practices-choices that range from placing recycling bins by every desk, to collecting food scraps for on or off-site composting, to setting printers to double-sided printing.
