If you are seeking support for meals or gifts during this winter season, or know someone in the Northshore area who is, please download the Harvest Meals Sponsor/Request Form or Wish Upon A Star Holiday Giving Request Form. You may also pick up an application at the Northshore Y at 11811 NE 95th St in Bothell or the Y at the Carol Edwards Center at 17401 133rd Ave NE in Woodinville. You may also call member services at 425.485.9797. The deadline to apply to receive meals is Nov. 15th. The deadline to apply to receive gifts is Nov. 20th.  We do our best, with the support of our community, to accommodate all requests on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you would like to sponsor a family, you may contact Kurt Jacobson at 425-286-6122 or [email protected] to sign up.  You may also look for the display that will be posted at each of our facilities near the end of November, and sign out a "star" which will provide details for the needs of a particular family.  We also accept gift cards during this time, which help us to ensure that we help as many families as possible.  Gifts should be delivered to the Y on Dec. 18th or 19th, and families will be contacted to pick up their gifts a couple of days later.
