Kenmore Summer Concert Series The City of Kenmore invites you to attend the 11th annual Summer Concert Series. These free, popular concerts run for six consecutive Thursdays starting July 11 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Saint Edward State Park. Admission and parking for the concert is FREE! New Art Exhibit July 26th Gallery At Kenmore City Hall The Arts of Kenmore (AOK) has partnered with the City of Kenmore to produce four to five art exhibits per year at no cost to the city.
The public is invited to the Opening Reception July 26, 6:30 - 8:00 PM. Music & light refreshments will be served. Live music will be performed by Kenmore musician Brian Bohman. National Night Out Against Crime On Tuesday, August 6 the Kenmore Police Department hosts a fun evening for the community with free food, activities and crime prevention information. National Night Out is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness; generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs; strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
Kenmore Play Day The City of Kenmore is proud to be selected as a KaBoom! Playful City USA Community. Kenmore is recognized for its expressed commitment and willingness to take action for play.
Come celebrate with us at our Play Day on Saturday, August 10 from 11 AM to 2 PM! Enjoy free food and activities at Rhododendron Park (6910 NE 170th St.) with neighbors, family, and friends. Additional details to come.

City Council Meeting ScheduleThe Kenmore City Council welcomes your participation in the process of local government. Council meetings are held the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Mondays of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Kenmore City Hall, Council Chambers, 18120 68th Ave. NE, Kenmore. City of Kenmore Approves Sale of Kenmore Village Lower Parcel
At the City of Kenmore City Council meeting on June 10, 2013, City Manager Rob Karlinsey presented a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) for the Kenmore Village Shopping Center 3.3 acre lower portion to Benaroya Company and Real Property Investors (RPI). The Kenmore City Council unanimously passed the agreement. The 4.75 acre Kenmore Village upper parcel PSA remains under negotiation and will likely be presented for City Council consideration in July. MainStreet Property Group LLC is the expected buyer of the upper lot, formerly the King County Park & Ride. Read more...

City Seeking Special Event Volunteers this Summer The City of Kenmore is gearing up for a fun-filled summer with free events for the whole family. City events this summer include the Kenmore Summer Concert Series and Kenmore Play Day.
Volunteers are needed to help the City produce these popular community events. Volunteer positions include helping with children activity areas, event set up and take down, event information tables, parking areas, hospitality and more.
Whether you are looking for ways to build skills for your resume or meet new friends, volunteering can help you achieve both while making a difference in your community.
