Shout Out!

Shout Out

"We would like to send a shout out to LZL Construction for the wonderful job they did at our new office. Not only did they build us a conference room and get our fire system up to code, but they also helped us move, install locks and any other little thing which needed to be done. Everyone from LZL was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty."

Posted by: John & Shelli Hugg, Hugg & Associates PLLC

"We also want to shout out to Alexa's Cafe. They walked in before our Ribbon Cutting and took total control while telling us to relax, have a drink and enjoy ourselves. They were very professional, and quick! Clean up was a snap! Any party we throw in the future will be catered by Alexa's Café."

Village Eatery & Tea Room Hosts The Cafe Program
Article from Woodinville Weekly

Tea Cup On the third Wednesday afternoon of each month, the Village Eatery & Tea Company becomes The Café for a group of special people.

These individuals come to the restaurant not only for the opportunity to enjoy owner Janice Zeller's sumptuous high tea spreads, but most importantly for the socialization.

The program they attend, The Café, is a unique approach that provides support for people suffering from memory loss and their accompanying loved ones.

"It's based on an idea started in the Netherlands that focuses on creating a safe, welcoming environment within the community for people with Alzheimer's Disease and related issues, along with their companions," explains Liz Teachout, social worker at the Northshore Health and Wellness Center.
