The end of 2014 brought some wonderful news that we just have to share with you!
Taneice Chavers, who graduated from the Community Business Academy in 2008, just signed a lease for her storefront and will launch Shear Bliss Salon and Spa in February 2015!
Taneice was inspired by her own traumatic hair loss to create a salon that provides women suffering from hair loss due to cancer, lupus and other life threatening diseases, with the dignity and compassion that they deserve.
Undaunted by the obstacles along her path, she continued to work on her dream using several Business Acceleration Services to secure a loan, negotiate the lease for her storefront, and create her marketing materials.
This latest milestone in Taneice's journey is more than her victory, it's yours. Your investment of time, talent, and funding, makes stories like hers possible, makes dreams like hers come true, and we just can't thank you enough!
