Chi-Kung Class  Senior Center in Pahoa

Chinese art of Meditation in movement ~
For cultivation of Chi (Life force) energy, disease prevention, stress reduction, healing and longevity.

Mondays  9-10am
Thursdays 1-2 pm
Free/donations appreciated

This class is available to all, no previous experience required!
I teach Chi-Kung (Flying Crane Style) the traditional Chinese way,
Passed on to me by Master Gabriel Chin

Chi Kung (pronounced "chee gung") is a scientific healing art based on the
proposition that people are born with a system of electro-magnetic
currents in the body. This system is analogous to the
nervous system, lymphatic system, respiratory and circulatory systems.
The currents are the necessary life-sustaining system of the
organism. They can be consciously conducted with the mind.

When a person contracts a disease or sustains any kind of injury,
the currents are interrupted, and the result is ill-health of the
individual. In order for healing to take place, the energy currents must
be restored to their original condition.

The ability to conduct the electro-magnetic currents of the body is
an ability that can be learned. Some rare people have the ability to
direct their energy currents to other persons, to aid in healing any
kind of health disorder.

It's like a potluck: everyone brings something and leaves with more. We all have , skills, ideas, resources, MUSIC, smiles, talents/performances, crafts, games, plants, discussions, useable items, and many other things to share..If we bring them together at the REALLY REALLY FREE MARKET, we can provide more balanced and full lives for us all!
